Complete solutions for facility commissary management.
We provide secure, professional inmate banking services that allow client facilities, inmates, family/friends, and authorized third parties to deposit funds to inmate accounts as well as allow for the transfer and disbursement of funds as authorized by client facilities and/or the inmate.
We offer inmate banking and call center solutions to fit the budget and needs of every size and type of client. Solutions include client facility access to commissary and banking information systems (with support), and turn-key trust fund and bank account management, reporting, and control services.
Our deliberate integration of canteen, inmate banking, and call center systems and functions improves services and reduces costs for inmates, inmate friends and families, and the corrections departments that serve them. Our full-service call center operation consolidates the customer service functions, supporting the canteen and its growing inmate banking department. Our accounting, inmate banking, and trust fund administration staff are CPAs, degreed accountants, and bankers with extensive experience in state-wide corrections departments and large-to-small county detention facilities. The operations and personnel are digitally monitored 24/7, and critical infrastructure, such as operating, information, and security systems, is protected with back-up generators to mitigate the risk of operational downtime.
Authorized client facility users have 24/7 access to Resident Activity Reports that detail all deposit and disbursement activity associated with every inmate account. Every debit and credit transaction is tagged with a distinct task number, user, and date/time stamp. Once a transaction has been entered/posted, it cannot be deleted; therefore, all error corrections and adjustments are assigned a new task number, providing a full audit trail of every transaction entered into Premier’s commissary and inmate banking systems.
Premier is bonded and licensed by the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance pursuant to the Mississippi Money Transmitters Act §75-15-1, complying with all prescribed rules and regulatory requirements set forth for FINCEN, AML and the PCI Security Standards Council and federal and state taxing authorities.
